Q. Does one receive any help in finding employment?
Ann Arbor enjoys a healthy service economy. A new resident receives ample “leads” as everyone in our house(s) is either employed or looking for a job.
Q. How long does it take to find a job.
For anyone serious, it takes around 10 working days to land a job.
Q. Can I work while staying in your houses.
It is mandatory for a resident to be working unless one is attending school.
Q. Can one work at a night shift?
Yes. Subject to strict monitoring & random drug tests.
Q. Are there any chores one is expected to complete.
Yes. During the weekly house meeting, each resident is allotted a chore to keep the house organized and clean.
Q. Can one smoke within the house.
Smoking inside the house is an NOT allowed. Area outside the house are designated for this purpose.
Q. Do Sobriety and Drug Courts recognize your zero tolerance services.
Absolutely. We do house non violent DUI/DWI offenders who choose the “jail diversion” initiative, abide by our rules of stay and avoid incarceration.
Q. Do you accept residents under probation.
Yes. We do work closely with probation departments. Local or transferred from outside our county or State.
